Your order will be ready in 3-10 business days* depending on current demand and production capacity.
*The processing time could go up in the event of supply delay. Please refer to your order confirmation email for the most up to date expected delivery date.
Return
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return by logging through our account portal with the email that you used to purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and received within 30 days of return request approval.
- For each returned item, there will be a 10% restock fee.
- Final sale items and shipping charges are non-refundable.
We kindly recommend returning the items in their original packaging to minimize waste.
