Standard Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return by logging through our account portal with the email that you used to purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Pre-paid return labels are available for a fee of $7 to $11.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
• Final sale items and shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us atinfo@terralabs.design, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
