Returns suck. They charge high restocking fees on top of shipping fees that cause you to get less than half of what you paid for back if the lamp isn’t a good fit. Took almost a month for someone to respond to my email to even start a return.

This lamp glows perfectly on our bookshelves, lighting a dark corner. The dimmer works great, no flickering. The shape is charming and it's just the right size to accompany our books. Shipping was timely with several email notice about the arrival date, and the lamp was well packaged.
